Catherine Berry

My name is Catherine, and here at Elysian Counseling Services, I am committed to helping create a positive and welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors. Seeking support for mental wellness can feel overwhelming, and I believe that compassionate service and clear communication are important parts of the healing journey. My goal is to ensure clients feel supported from their first phone call through every step of their care. 

As the Office Manager, I oversee many of the day-to-day administrative operations that help our practice run smoothly. I assist with scheduling, insurance verification, billing, prior authorizations, credentialing, and client support. I understand that navigating insurance and healthcare systems can be confusing, and I strive to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible for our clients and their families. 

I earned my Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Billing and Coding from Ultimate Medical Academy and have experience in healthcare administration, billing, revenue cycle management, and insurance coordination. I enjoy helping clients access the care they need while supporting our providers so they can focus on delivering exceptional mental health services. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, participating in church activities, studying Scripture, and encouraging others in their personal growth and wellness journeys.
