Rates

Requests for client records from attorneys, legal representatives, or other authorized third parties must include a valid written authorization or other legally required documentation. 

Applicable record copy fees may apply, including:

• $.50 per page for the first 25 pages
• $.25 per page for additional pages
• Labor fees of up to $25 per request, as permitted by Arkansas Law 
• Actual Postage Costs

Court Cost: Company policy requires that any court appearance from therapist requires a nonrefundable deposit of $700 from client. Deposit must be paid 2 days prior to court date. Client will be billed at the rate of $150 per hour for anytime required after 4 hours at court.

Self - Private Pay

For Private pay the first initial intake assessment is  $175. Any visit following will cost $150.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

We accept Care Credit, cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
