Lindsay Coe
Lindsay graduated from Arkansas State University in 2015 with an Ed.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has served in several different settings over her career, including outpatient, school based, private practice, supervisory roles, and Community mental health, providing services to DCFS- court mandated clients, federal clients, juvenile court, substance-abuse, teens, young adults, and adults.
She utilizes a holistic approach, implementing Gestalt and CBT techniques to achieve overall wellness, healing, improve presence, increased mindfulness and empowerment. She strives to create an atmosphere that creates comfort and builds trust. She is skilled in finding the root cause of problems to assist the client in cultivating increased self-awareness, improved self-regulation, and increased distress tolerance.
She has experience treating those affected by trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties.
